Red Skin Potato Salad (similar to Schnitz Deli) I've been trying to copy the addictive red skin potato salad at the Schnitz Deli in Grand Rapids, MI for a long time. This is the closest I've come, but I have to admit the Schnitz is still way better (but this is still pretty good!)
