Grilled Cheeseburgers & Hamburgers with a Maple Amber Sauerkraut Simmer & Black Peppered Beef Bullion Seas

Ingredients

  • Two Dashes of Herbox Beef Bullion
  • Two to Three Dashes of Watson Ground Black Pepper
  • Two Dashes of Classic Spices Celery Salt
  • Two to Three Pinches of finger ground McCormick Parsley Flakes
  • One Dash of McCormick Smoked Paprika
  • One Light Dash of McCormick Ground Thyme
  • Hamburger
  • Sauerkraut
  • Baby Tomatoes
  • Alaskan Amber
  • Maple Syrup
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Mayonnaise and Mustard
  • Hamburger Buns

Method


Mix Season together dryly Slice Baby Tomatoes into half-inch slices Slice American White Cheese thinly Place Cast Iron Skillet in Grill Turn Burners up to Hot Close Hood Come back when Grill has surpassed Warm and reached Hot Place Four Standard Serving Spoons of Sauerkraut into Cast Iron Skillet Spread Sauerkraut thinly across Cast Iron Skillet Close Hood Wait for Sauerkraut to soften and begin to slightly bubble its juice Place Hamburger on top rack above Cast Iron Skillet Close Hood Wait as long as it takes to Gather plating, cheeses, seasonings, and sauces; place nearby Introduce the neck of Alaskan Amber into the Cast Iron Skillet Sprinkle a single pinch of the Seasoning over the entire radius of the Hamburger Again, Sprinkle a single pinch of the Seasoning over the entire radius of the Hamburger Close Hood Wait about a minute Spread Sauerkraut thinly around Skillet Close Hood Wait for a While. Chill and mingle with people for a bit and come back later Wait for bloods to juice into droplets on top of the Hamburger somewhat Introduce a half dollar's amount of real Maple Syrup into the Skillet Close Hood Wait for Hamburger to brown with large drops of blood juicing on the top Close Hood and let rest for a few more minutes Flip Hamburgers Sprinkle Season on the new side in the same way as before Close Hood Wait until Hamburger begins to brown Introduce two to three serving spoons of Sauerkraut into the Skillet Mix Sauerkraut thoroughly with tongs Spread Sauerkraut thinly across Skillet Sprinkle one pinch of Seasoning into Sauerkraut Close Hood Wait until Hamburger is done and Sauerkraut is browned well These two things should happen relatively together Place a drop to two drops of barbecue sauce onto Hamburger Spread barbecue thinly across Hamburger Place thin slice of cut American White Cheese on top of barbecued Hamburger Close Hood Wait a few minutes, or longer if more well done is desired Spread sauces (mayonnaise and/or mustard) onto buns while waiting Place Hamburger onto bottom bun Place Sauerkraut on top bun Place two to four baby tomato slices on top bun
