Easy to prepare, and goes great with a steak.

Ingredients

  • Package of cherry tomatoes
  • Package of whole mushrooms
  • 2 zucchini's, sliced thickly
  • 1 Onion, quartered
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 cup of Italian Dressing
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • Aluminum foil
  • Hot fire

Method

Wash the veggies, and prepare the zucchini and onion.

Combine into a quart size zip-lock bag, including the Italian dressing, and squeeze the air out. Let marinade for about an hour.

Create a bag of foil by using 4 sheets of 12"x12" foil. Place two sheets down and fold the edges upward, then dump the contents of the bag onto the sheets. Cover with the other two sheets of foil. Fold the edges up and roll them to create a bag.

Place the bad directly on your coals that you're using to cook your steak.

Let cook on the coals for 20-25 minutes. You can't really overcook because the water from the veggies and the dressing create a broth.

Note: all veggies here are optional; you can include or exclude any that you want. That's what makes this easy.
