Yo Mamma's Chicken Noodle Soup




(Public for All)

Almost healthy comfort food.


  • 1/2 to 1 small onion (to taste) chopped
  • 2 full carrots, pealed and sliced to bite size
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 T Basil
  • 1 T Oregano
  • 1/2 T Mrs. Dash original
  • 2 Chicken Breast, cooked and diced (or cheat and use canned chicken)
  • 1 Box Imagine Organic Chicken Broth (Yes, this is low fat and very very low sodium compared to any other brand!)
  • 1/2 package egg noodles, whatever size you prefer
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup


<p>Saute onion, carrots and celery until soft.</p> <p>Add Basil, Oregano, Mrs. Dash and chicken. Slowly pour broth into mixture. Bring to a boil and add noodles.</p> <p>When noodles are soft, remove from heat and add the cream of mushroom. Stir well and serve with warm homemade bread if you feel that motivated. :)</p>
