Quick and easy coffee cake

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 T. oil
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 t. flour
  • 1 T. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Method


Combine egg, sugar, milk & oil. Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Mix well. Pour into an 8" x 8" x 2" lightly greased baking dish. Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over batter.

Bake @ 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve warm.
