A simple dish easy to cook on a weekday. You'll have most of these things already in your kitchen.
Thaw and thinly slice the chicken breasts.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and ginger, stir.
Pour over the chicken breasts, let sit 12-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken (and sauce) and constantly stir until brown. The sauce will thicken (thanks to the sugar).
Serve over rice, or just alone.
Variations You can add your favorite veggies to this like onion, broccoli, green bell peppers, or leave it naked. You can also use some sesame seeds in the marinade.
