CHOW’s version of this classic is just a bit fudgy and not too sweet, with a nice cakey top. It’s a recipe for brownie purists, but add nuts or chocolate chips as you like.
Gluten Free Fudge Brownies
This recipe substitutes black bean puree for flour in a traditional brownie recipe cup for cup. Black beans may not sound exactly like the type of thing you’d want in your dessert, but don’t knock it until you try it!
