Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 eggs seperated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup veggie oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 2/3 cup almond/hazelnut

Method


Blend egg whites, sugar. Once incorperated add oil to he blend slowly. Put baking powder and flour together and blend all ingrediants. Add almonds after. Thoroughly grease baking pan and then pack down mixture in one block form. Use egg yolks on top of mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Take out and cut into diamonds (dough wil still be rawish) then put back in for 20-- 30 minutes APPROX. watch them until the get golden brown.
