I found this recipe years ago on a Weight Watchers site. It continues to get raves when I make it and serve berries or fruit and a dollop of fresh whipped cream on top.. It can be decorated to make a gourmet presentation for your dinner party...
That’s it for the ingredients! Mix these two together (it will look kinda foamy) and pour into a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with Pam.. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 mins.. It will get golden brown on top..
Cut into servings ( 12 is perfect )
(Top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, mixed frozen fruit, berries, peaches or fruit cocktail and top with whipped topping.. I also sprinkle with a fine mist of cocoa and add a mint sprig, or sprinkle cream topping with a bit of cinnamon. So many things you can do with this!)
