Yummy Mac and Cheese
Preheat oven at 350-375 degrees.
Boil water and add in pasta. Make sure pasta is less than al dente since you are baking it
Sauce - make sure to keep stirring the sauce for thickness and to prevent curdling 1. Heat the milk until its warm (not boiled) 2. Add in 3/4 of the butter stick into the milk and make sure it is melted in the milk 3. Slowly add in the flour (mix in 1/4th of flour at a time) 4. Slowly add in the sharp cheddar cheese and gruyere cheese. This will then make the sauce thick. 4. Mix the remaining butter with Panko breadcrumbs.
In a casserole, stir in the sauce and pasta. Spread the breadcrumbs and bake dish for 30 minutes!
