Ingredients

  • 1 lb thin spaghetti
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • chopped pepperoni (optional)
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Method


brown ground beef with peppers, onions, and pepperoni, drain off the fat. add the sauce

cook spaghetti, drain and rinse mix with eggs and parmesan cheese, and put in the bottom of a 13 X 9 pan top with the meat and sauce mix, then sprinkle the mozzarella on top bake at 350 for 30 minutes until lightly browned

you can easily make a half batch and put it in a deep dish pie pan

I didn't have potatoes so I substituted rice I didn't have paprika so I used another spice I didn't have tomato sauce so I used tomato paste A whole can-not a half can-I don't believe in waste. A friend gave me the recipe She said you couldn't beat it There must be something wrong with her I couldn't even eat it!
