My picky eater actually likes it!
Saute onion, garlic and hot pepper flakes in olive oil for about 5 minutes over med heat. Add oregano flakes and tomato paste and cook for about another minute. Add tomatoes, vinegar, and sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes (or up to an hour). Serve over whole wheat pasta.
