The crusts are flour tortillas and the topping is very easy.
Preheat broiler to high; coat the back of a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Saute chicken in oil over med heat until cooked through. Stir in BBQ sauce, vinegar and lime juice. Cook about 2 minutes. Lightly coat skillet with olive oil and heat to high. Crisp tortillas 1 at a time. Transfer 2 tortillas to baking sheet. Top with 1/4 of the cheese, chicken, tomato, onion and jalepeno. Broil pizzas 2-3 minutes and transfer to cutting board. Repeat with remaining 2 tortillas. Garnish with cilantro and cut into wedges.
