Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Original Bisquick
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can (29 ounces sliced peaches, drained

Method


Directions: Heat oven to 375 F. Stir together bisquick, milk and nutmeg and pour into ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir in butter until blended. Stir together in bowl sugar and peaches; spoon over batter. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.

I didn't have potatoes so I substituted rice I didn't have paprika so I used another spice I didn't have tomato sauce so I used tomato paste A whole can-not a half can-I don't believe in waste. A friend gave me the recipe She said you couldn't beat it There must be something wrong with her I couldn't even eat it!
