Good for a quick dinner or party snack.
Preheat oven to 400. Roll out dough on baking sheet or stone (into circle or rectangle). Sprinkle 1/3 of mozzerella, 1/3 parmesan, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 oregano, and few pepper flakes; repeat, with cheese as last layer. Fold dough over and press edges together. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle top with oregano and parmesan. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until crust is golden. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before serving, slice into about 1" sticks, and serve with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
