This is the most flavorful way I have ever experienced lobster.

Ingredients

  • Two 6-7 oz Maine Lobster Tails
  • large sheet of extra strong tin foil
  • 5 oz tub of clarified butter
  • 1 whole fresh lemon

Method

Thaw tails and place them on the tin foil. Cut the lemon into wedges and fit around the lobster tails. Open clarified butter, and empty into the tin foil. Seal the tin foil and place on the camp fire. Check every 5 minutes for doneness. Should only take about 10 minutes. When Lobster tails are cooked, the meat will be firm and white.
