This is a lower calorie Italian dish that I enjoy preparing. I don't use heavy cream for this sauce so it cuts the calories and fat dramatically.
mix beef broth and mushrooms, let cook on high 7-10 mins on high until beef broth is absorbed Makes mushrooms VERY good, then add olive oil, diced tomatoes,garlic and Canadian Bacon. cook until no liquid remains.
lower heat mix cream cheese spread, milk and Parmesan cheese in large saucepan. stir in tortellini cover.
3.empty contents into a glass dish, spread even, top with low fat Mozzarella/ Provolone. Broil in oven (while watching) until cheese has melted.
