This is a great breakfast drink with lots of protein, as well as antioxidants from the cocoa powder. The sweetness comes from the ripe banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 - 1 cup milk

Method


Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. (Add enough milk to achieve desired consistency.) Enjoy!
