It's a great way to get kids to eat their vegies, and absolutly delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 Box of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 1 Can Cream Corn
- 2 Cups Frozen Corn
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 1 Egg
- 1 Stick of Melted Butter
Method
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix everything together, and put in a casorole dish and bake for one hour.
