Cowboy Cookies
There's a little of everything in this cookie--best when warm and huge!
Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 T. soda
- 1 T. cinnamon.
- 1 t. salt
- 3 sticks butter
- 11/2 c. sugar
- 11/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 T. vanilla
- 3 c. choc. chips
- 3 c. oats
- 2 c. coconut
- 2 c. pecans
Method
Mix it all together. Bake 350 degrees 17-20 min. 1/4 c. scoops, or just make them regular cookie size
