Devil's Food Cake
Grandma's recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- '1 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
Prheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease cake pan. Square pan works well.
Dissolve baking soda in sour cream. Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with egg mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
