Pot Pie minus animal flesh

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen pie crusts
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package frozen veggies (i like bird's eye steam fresh)
  • black pepper
  • sage

Method


Preheat oven to 400 Take pie crusts out of freezer in a bowl combine cream of potato soup, milk, and veggies (if you use the steam fresh kind, STEAM them first) also add pepper and sage to taste Pour mixture into one of the pie crusts, and then place the other crust upside down on top, removing it from the pie pan. cut 3 slits in the crust. Bake for 40 minutes.
