Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on well-greased baking sheet. Bake @350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove at once from baking sheet, using moistened spatula. Makes about 5 dozen. Recipe may be halved.
Tasty variations:
Chocolate-a-roons: Fold in 4 squares melted semi-sweet chocolate before baking. Raisin-a-roons: Add 1 cup raisins before baking. Chip-a-roons: Add 1 cup chocolate chips before baking. Nut-a-roons: Add 1 cup chopped pecans or almonds before baking. Fun-a-roons: Add 8 - 10 drops red or green food coloring to the batter before baking.
