These are great for a treat that's not too sweet :)
Preheat oven to 350. In a blender or food processor, pulse the oats. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender (minus the chocolate chips)and blend until smooth. Pour batter into a bowl and gently fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into a muffin tin and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes.
You can sub nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, or shredded coconut instead of the chocolate chips
