Crispy gingerbread cookies
Stir in sifted ingredients, mixing only until blended. Chill dough, then roll out on lightly floured board to 1/8" thickness. Cut with gingerbread man cutter. Place on greased cookie sheets. Use raisins to form features and buttons. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove at once and cool. Frost if desired. Makes two to three dozen, depending on cutter size.
