A healthy twist on my Polish roots....
Preheat oven to 350. Parboil cabbage and remove leaves from pot as they loosen from head of cabbage. Mix turkey, rice, pepper and onions well but keep it loosley packed. In a cabbage leaf place a small amount of mixture and roll up. Place seam side down in a greased baking dish and pour tomato sauce over top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
