Sausage Gravy
Brown 1/2 pound of sausage in a skillet. Remove sausage from pan and put it on a paper towel to drain, but leave the grease in the pan. Turn heat down to low setting and add 2 heaping tablespoons of flour and stir until it is brown to your liking. Slowly add 2 cups of milk stirring constantly to keep from sticking or becoming too thick. Continue stirring until gravy is almost as thick as you would like it. Return sausage to the pan and stir rapidly. Turn off heat under skillet, grab a spoon, and ENJOY.
