  • 1 cups of Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 ounces of feta cheese

  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package just until tender. Drain and set aside

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  3. Brown ground beef and onion. Once brown remove from heat and drain grease.

  4. Add tomatoes, feta cheese parmesan, tomatoes and cinnamon mix together. Salt and pepper to tase. Mix well

  5. Sauce: In a sauce pan over medium heat mix together milk and cornstarch until no lumps remain and parmesan and butter cook until slightly thickened when just comes to a boil. Stir frequently so the sauce doesn't burn to bottom of pan.

  6. In a large greased baking dish you mix or layer the noodles and meat mixture. I choose to layer noodles meat noodles.

  7. Take the sauce pour over the top.

  8. Bake in oven 1 hour let set for 10 minutes before serving.

You can prepare up to placing in the oven the night before refridgerate then bake it gives the flavors a chance to set in.
