This is the easiest rice pudding I have ever made.
Spray inside of 2 to 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with Pam(cooking spray). Mix all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or til liquid is absorbed. Stir twice while it's cooking. Sprinkle pudding with sugar and cinnamon and serve warm or cold.
