In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding for a few minutes. Will be very thick. In another bowl, beat with mixer sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla. Stir in pudding - mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into individual dishes - sprinkle with reduced fat oreo crumbs!
