Easy cookie recipe that makes a TON of dough.
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs. Mix the dry ingredients together separately. Alternate adding the flour mixture and the buttermilk. Wrap the dough and place in the fridge to chill for about an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thick. Cut out shapes and place on a baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
You can freeze the dough for up to 3 weeks!
