This is a low fat biscuit that can also double as naan bread depending on how you shape it. Made with yogurt you can even make a type of scone with different favor used... add blueberries or raisins.
Preheat oven to 425. Combine 1 cup flour, the yogurt and sugar, blend until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients into bowl. Flour surface, pat into 1" thick sheet (smaller if making naan), cut biscuits. Bake 10 - 20 minutes, until golden.
