Healthy Dessert
Fruit Preheat oven at 375 F In a bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch. Then add berries and lemon juice and mix. Disburse evenly over 8 bowls. Topping In same bowl combine flour, oats and brown sugar. With hands, work butter and cinnamon into bowl until crumbs form. Then mix in crystallized ginger. Lay crumbs over berries. Cook Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Cool and serve
