Fairly healthy, great meal
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. In a large dish, mix olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, paprika. Add potatoes and gently toss to coat potatoes in mixture. Move potatoes to dish around chicken. Drizzle remaining olive oil mix over chicken. Thinly slice onions and place over chicken and potatoes. Bake covered in 400 oven for 30-45 or until chicken is no longer pink. To brown edges of potatoes remove cover for last 10-15 minutes.
