Not to Dijon-y, super moist chicken
Trim and rinse chicken. On one plate, mix the butter and Dijon mustard On another plate, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan Dip each chicken breast into the butter/dijon mix, than the bread crumbs/parmesan mix to coat them. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
The best part? Yummy and only approximately 275 calories per serving.
