This is a pie that contains nectar from the sweet sweet pumpkin gods
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cloves in bowl.
Beat eggs in another larger bowl.
Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture into the bowl with eggs and then gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour this mix into the pie shell.
Bake in preheated 425° F oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350° F and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
Serve the pie!
