a great spicy side
Combine chiles and sour cream. Place 1 cup cooked rice in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spoon a third of sour cream mixture over rice and top with one third of the cheese. Do this two more times. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
