Sheperd's Pie On The Fly.

A quick and easy Sheperd's Pie finished in the plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs oil
  • Half a red onion (Any kind works)
  • 3 lb of ground beef
  • 1 lb frozen veggies (We used mixed, the smaller the better)
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 Boiled potatoe per person.
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 4 oz Butter
  • 1 Ready Gravy Mix
  • 1 Cup Water

Method


Boil Potatoes and use milk and butter to mash to desired consistancy. Leave potato skin and some chunks for texture. Keep warm on stove.

Heat up oil and fry onions in a large skillet. Add meat and brown evenly than drain. Put meat back in skillet and add frozen veggies (no thawing necessary). Grill for 2 min while stirring then season to taste and pour in ready-mixed gravy. Simmer for 5 min then serve.

Pour mash over the meat preparation ...et voila!
