Shrimp Gnocchi

(Public for All)

My favorite. Would eat this every night if possible!

  • 3/4 lb. large shrimp. I usually use even more!
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (use more for spicier taste)
  • 1 clove garlic - chopped
  • 3 cups. potato gnocchi - in pasta aisle (usually high shelf)
  • 1/4 cup peas - I use frozen and usually more than 1/4 c.

Saute shrimp with 1tbsp oil, red pepper flakes, peas, and garlic in large saute pan until shrimp are pink. In another pan bring water to boil; add gnocchi. Drain when gnocchi float - between 3 and 5 mins. Combine saute shrimp mixture with drained gnocchi and rest of olive oil. Toss.
