Needs 6-8 hours of slow cooking goodness to make this peanut spicy pork recipe.
Cook first group of ingredients 6-8 hours on low, then shred the pork (will easily pull apart)
Then add part 2 ingredients and let cook on low or "keep warm" another 30 mins. serve with additional coconut-milk spicy peanut sauce.
