easy homemade mac & cheese that tastes much better than the blue box!
Prepare noodles and drain; add butter to coat. While noodles are cooking, whisk together egg, milk, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper; add cheese to mixture. Coat noodles with butter. Add sauce to noodles in pan and cook for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat until cheese melts and consistency is smooth.
