Sugar free cranberry sauce to make the holiday season a bit healthier!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups of cranberries
  • 1/3 of a very ripe pineapple
  • 1 large apple

Method


  1. Peel and roughly chop the pineapple and apple
  2. Add cranberries, pineapple and apple into a saucepan with water and bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirrin g occationslly
  4. Allow sauce to cool to room temperature
