  • Argentenean Beef with Chimichurri Sauce
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
As children, we'd visit our grandparents in Mexico City, and eat at Loma Linda (http://lomalinda.com.mx/) where we'd have this fantastic beef. Chimichurri is a green sauce that goes with any meat.

  • Balsamic Strawberry Ice Cream
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
An Iron Chef competition entry for the secret ingredient Balsamic Vinegar... Balsamic vinegar can be tossed with strawberries to bring out there flavor, so I combined it (in syrup form) with home made ice cream. what WHAT!

  • BBBBQ Pork Tacos
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
Now, my wife is more a marg type of girl than a beer girl. So I had to sneak this secret ingredient in by hiding the beer in a slow cooker OF COURSE. The best part? She loved these tacos. The extra B is for beer. The other extra B is a typo.

  • Beef Fajitas (World Famous)
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
Modeled after the lime grilled beef fajitas at Lupe's in Houston, these fajitas are best enjoyed with friends, margaritas, and Sol (the beer)

  • Beignets
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
Beignets are the secret of life -- this french dougnut is a must have to any trip to New Orleans. It's worth the work!

  • Cheeseburgeritos
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
Fun and easy (and recipient of rave reviews) .. a Perfect Party Food. These are little cheeseburgers!

  • Cilantro Rice
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
A family recipe that I probably shouldn't be sharing... I'm also pretty sure my wife married me because of this recipe but can't be sure. This recipe is an excellent side to any dish with spice (most mexican and spanish dishes)

  • Cuban Black Beans and Rice
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
Sophrito, Bacon, Rice and Black Beans come together here ... This is a sunday dinner (takes planning and a bunch of time to cook). worth it!

  • Drowned Mocha
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
Wow, just wow about the goodness of this drink.

  • Easy Queso
    Chef: Jesse Wolgamott
Your standard queso recipe (as we say in Texas). You might call it "Chili con Queso" or even a "cheese dip" but in Texas, I call it a necessity.
