A healthier version of Chick-fil-A! :)
Prepare chicken at least 4 hours before cooking. (I like to prepare this in the morning before work). In a plastic bag, combine pickle juice, eggs, and milk. Add in the chicken and place in a refrigerator.
In a frying pan, heat your oil over medium heat. In another plastic bag, combine flour, sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, basil, garlic power, and onion powder. Evenly coat the chicken. Once the oil in the pan is hot, cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
