Great party food!
Fill a deep, heavy-bottomeed pan or deep-fryer one-third full of oil and heat to 350 or until cube of bread dropped into the oil browns in 15 seconds. Cook the ravioli in batches unti golden brown.
Remove from the oil and drain on crumpled paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper and serve hot.
