Healthy and filling chicken dish Serves 4
Combine olive oil, basil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper into a marinate. Add chicken and let marinate for 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 F. To prepare Salsa combine to diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper with olive oil. Mix in a medium bowl. Place marinated chicken onto cooking sheet with foil. Let cook for 5 minutes then flip and add remaining marinate to sheet. Let cook for 5 more minutes then turn over to low heat and add salsa. Let cook for 10 minutes. Divide among 4 plates and serve.
