My family loves this and I make it often when we are getting company and people rave about it. Store in the refrigerator and serve cold.
Mix together 12 oz. cream cheese, 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar and 2 cups cool whipped topping. Spread over crust. Mix 2 (3.4 oz.) packages instant pudding with 3 cups milk, for 3 minutes with electric mixer. Spread over cheese layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour then spread 1 cup cool whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill well before serving.
