I asked my aunt for some of her favorite recipes so that they don't get forgotten over time and this is one of them!

Ingredients

3 pkg lemon jello
3 cups hot water
1 large can or jar of mangos, drained
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 lemon or lime juice

Method

Dissolve jello in hot water. Let cool. Mix in blender: mangos, cream cheese, lemon juice. Add to cooled jello. Spray mold with Pam & refrigerate til set. Dip in warm water to unmold.
