Pork Tenderloin Marinade or Sauce

I asked my aunt for some of her favorite recipes so that they don't get forgotten over time and this is one of them!


  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 T corn starch
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T ground ginger
  • 2 T minced garlic


Marinate Pork Tenderloin overnight, then bake in oven at 400 for 20-25 minutes uncovered.

Can also be used as a sauce to drizzle over meat after its cooked (if you make two batches)
