This recipe is one my friend gave me. It's healthy and good!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts,
  • 1cup yogurt,
  • 5 Tbsp cilantro,
  • 1 tomato,
  • 1/2 cup cucumber,
  • 1 cup lettuce

Method


cut lettuce leaves into pieces small enough to eat

chop cilantro into very small pieces

Chop tomato into cubes

put all together, then add yogurt. You can sprinkle with cumin and cayenne pepper if you like.
